Randa is also chairwoman of Moms in Business Unite Inc, which conducts annual conferences - inaugurated in 2009 at her alma mater, The University of San Diego. With a focus on supporting and promoting the growing number of women- and mom-owned businesses, the conferences include keynote speakers, panel discussions, breakout sessions, a new inventor showcase, networking, an award ceremony and resource marketplace. Its goal is to help educate women in all stages of business ownership to become more successful and thoroughly embrace their entrepreneurial dreams.
